Swami Samarpan Ashram will be conducting Yoga-Vedanta Course in the tradition of Yogic and Vedic perspectives as revealed by Lord Shiva. This Course will be supervised by Living Himalayan Master Guruji Avadhuta Sri Swami Samarpananandaji and guided by Acharya Swami Viswarupanandaji along with many other traditional Acharyas (Teachers).
You are going to learn and practice Yogic and Vedantic life style in a traditional Ashram, developing a strong foundation in your life which will help you better handle the daily stress and strain of modern life. You will develop a broad and thorough understanding of Yogic and Vedantic philosophy and develop stronger conviction to support your practice.
You will also enjoy the many benefits of simple and healthy daily routine with spiritually minded people.
Most people now a days learn yoga through you tube, books or yoga teacher training, which is does provide a good exposure, but often fails to transmit the true spirit of Yoga and its goal.
This program will give you the unique opportunity to connect with traditional yogic and Vedantic practices and to learn the way sincere spiritual seekers have been learning since the age of time, in a Gurukul, through direct contact and guidance of a traditional Spiritual Master.

Swami Samarpan Ashram is a traditional Ashram conducting various courses on Yoga, meditation, Shaiva Agama Tantra, Kriya Yoga, Ayurveda and Vedanta. The Ashram is situated in serene location with lush vegetation and mountain views, it is nested next to a small river which joins with the Mother Ganges 2 km below in the famous town of Rishikesh, foot hill of the Himalayas. Being in the Ashram itself will give you great peace of the mind.
Sundays – Holiday: No activities or meals are provided. You can use Sundays for personal study, relaxation, or optional community activities.

6:00 AM Wake up / Take a hot/cold bath or Shower. Without bath not allowed Yoga Hall to Practice. Take hot drink and ready for Arati in the Temple.

07.15 to 08.30 AM Kundalini Chakra, Pranayama and Mantras Chanting’s

11.00 AM to 01.00 PM Karma Yoga (Cleaning the corridors on the upper floors of the Ashram, Helping with the cleaning of Yoga hall/ Cleaning of Toilets and Bathrooms/ Cleaning of one’s own rooms/ Helping Garden as per guided by staff management or teacher ), Karma Yoga hours are include in the course. Karma Yoga is a lineage , traditional study and philosophy , Bhagavat Gita philosophy Chapter -5, Karma Sannyasa Yoga Philosophy, it is also applied science of Yoga .
