During 200 hours Ashtanga Vinyasa YTTC you will be learning the traditional ashtanga yoga sequence, guided into the safe and powerful way of practicing the asanas correctly. You will learn the special sequence, names of the asanas (Postures) and especially the correct performance of the asanas. Asanas can be a great tool for the body purification and healing, once they are done correct and mindfully.

In addition with asanas you will be learning the authentic Pranayamas, guided meditation, mantras, Kriyas and Yoga Philosophy and Psychology. All of these practices combined together will you with a string body and mind and prepare you for the more advanced way of practicing and living the Yogic lifestyle.

100 Hours Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Course Rishikesh , Europe, India certificate will be in Ashtanga Vinyasa, and our curriculum adheres to the curriculum laid out by Yoga Alliance, with some amazing additional extras we feel you deserve. You will have the opportunity to experience different styles of yoga and movement within our dynamic schedule.

200 Hours  Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga  Teacher Training for every Month 1st to 24th of each Month.  You will study aproximately 20days ,  During  study likely will be  3/4  Sundays  and will be no clssses at all due to Holidays .

Note: Arrival 1st Day betwwen 11.00 AM to 01.00 PM, Programmes start from 2.30 pm/03.00pm onwards as per Schedule 

 Note : Deparature on 24th Day between 09:00 Am to 10.00 AM. 

Sundays – Holiday: No activities or meals are provided. You can use Sundays for personal studies, relaxation, or optional community activities.

6:00 AM        Wake up / Take a hot/cold bath or  Shower. Without bath not allowed Yoga Hall to Practice. Take hot drink and ready for Arati in the Temple.

06.45 to 07.15 AM Bhakti and Mantra  Yoga (Arati/ Shiva puja/ Devi Puja)

07.15 to 08.30 AM     Kundalini Chakra, Pranayama and Mantras Chanting’s

08:30 to 10:00 AM   Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

10.00 AM to 10.30 Am     Breakfast

11.00 AM to 01.00 PM     Karma Yoga (Cleaning the corridors on the upper floors of the Ashram, Helping with  the cleaning of Yoga hall/ Cleaning of Toilets and Bathrooms/ Cleaning of one’s own  rooms/ Helping Garden as per guided by  staff management or  teacher ), Karma Yoga hours are include in the course. Karma Yoga is a lineage , traditional study and philosophy , Bhagavat Gita  philosophy Chapter -5, Karma Sannyasa Yoga Philosophy, it is also applied science of Yoga .

06.30 to 07.00pm  Bhakti Yoga, Puja Arati, Shiva Puja devi Puja

08.00  to 09.00pm Self-study (homework)

Note: Karma Yoga is a Mandatory of  the Course . Karma yoga will add to your course hours . Karma Yoga is not a work, it is an applied science of Yoga, and it is helping in your daily life in order to learn, how to not expect. expectations are the root cause of Sufferings. Ashram is the Place to learn the skills Of Karma Yoga , which is unique and only place in Rishikesh.
