Kailash Manasarovar Yatra 2026 with Gurudev (His Holiness Swami Samarpanananda Maharaj ji)

A guided spiritual sojourn to Mount Kailash and Lake Manasarovar, with Gurudev personally leading and supporting the group throughout the journey.

Dates and duration
Non-Indian passport: Sept 18th to Oct 3rd

Indian passport: Sept 21st to Oct 3rd
(Non-Indian have longer visa processing by Chinese authorities. This is non negotiable.)

  • Start and finish: Kathmandu, Nepal
  • Participants are expected to arrive in Nepal in time for the group start in Kathmandu

– Guided meditation at selected sacred spots
– Daily satsang and spiritual discourses
– Group practices for inner stillness, devotion, and reflection
– A supportive spiritual atmosphere for transformation, discipline, and grace

Why Kailash Manasarovar is significant
– Mount Kailash is revered across traditions as a supremely sacred mountain, and is regarded in the Shaiva tradition as the abode of Lord Shiva
– Lake Manasarovar is regarded as a holy lake of purity and sanctity, associated with deep inner cleansing and spiritual merit
– Pilgrims traditionally undertake darshan and parikrama with prayer, humility, and self discipline, seeing the yatra as a rare chance for inner renewal and heightened spiritual aspiration

The Kailash Manasarovar Yatra with Swamiji has now been structured separately for Indian and non Indian passport holders due to visa and permit requirements imposed by the Chinese authorities. The schedule differences are mandatory and not negotiable.

Travel Dates

Non Indian Passport Holders
• Travel period: 16 September to 3 October
• Duration: 16 days

• Earlier arrival in Nepal is required due to extended Chinese visa and permit processing.

Indian Passport Holders

• Travel period: 21 September to 3 October
• Duration: 13 days
• Arrival in Nepal is later as visa processing timelines differ.
The difference in duration is solely due to administrative requirements.

Cost Structure:

Non Indian Passport Holders:

1. USD 2,530 per person: Main yatra package (starting 21 September)

 

• Accommodation included
• Vegetarian meals included
• Chinese visa included
• Full moon tour included

 

2. Approximately USD 3,000 per group

• This amount will be split evenly per adult in the group. (This is now 300 USD per head or lower as we already have 10 adults to share this in the group. As more join this will reduce)
• Covers the expected journey cost for sponsoring Gurudev

 

3. Optional add on: Mukthinath Tour

• USD 800 per person
• Arrival in Kathmandu required by 18 September
• Includes flight to Pokhara

 

4. Optional Donation

• Any additional contribution to the ashram may be offered voluntarily at the end of the trip.

1. INR 210,000 per person

• Accommodation included
• Vegetarian meals included
• Chinese visa included

 

2. Approximately USD 3,000 per group

• This amount will be split evenly per adult in the group
• Covers the expected journey cost for sponsoring Gurudev

 

3. Optional Donation
•Any additional contribution to the ashram is entirely at personal discretion.

The earlier arrival requirement for non Indian passport holders is linked to Chinese visa and permit regulations. This timeline has been confirmed by the operator and cannot be altered.
Those who wish to participate should confirm as soon as possible, as deposits will need to be paid shortly to secure arrangements.
This pilgrimage offers a structured and supported opportunity to undertake the sacred journey to Mount Kailash and Lake Manasarovar with Swamiji.
